North Ink clients can now skip that back-and-forth. Once your account is approved, the Build a Quote tool inside your dashboard lets you price a screen printing job yourself and the total updates live while you work.
Who Is This For?
The dashboard quote builder is built for resellers, contract decorators, promotional products distributors, and apparel brokers anyone who needs fast, accurate contract printing pricing without calling around.
It is not a public instant-pricing tool. You need an active North Ink account to use it. That keeps pricing tied to real contract terms and lets us support you as a partner, not just a one-off buyer.
How the Quote Builder Works
The wizard walks you through five simple steps. Each one feeds into the live total, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Garment Options
Tell us what blanks you're printing on. Choose light or dark garments, and add fleece, mesh, or pre-packaged items if they apply.
Print Locations
Add up to four locations: front, back, sleeve, pocket, and more. For each one you pick the number of colors and the ink type.
Quantity
Enter your piece count. The tool automatically finds the right pricing tier and flags anything that needs a minimum-quantity review.
Setup Fees
Add new screens, reorders from your existing screens, color changes, or pre-press samples. Everything is itemized up front.
Artwork & Notes
Leave printing instructions, color-match notes, rush deadlines, or anything else the production team should know.

The Live Quote panel sits next to the form and updates automatically. You'll see:
- Pricing updates live as you change colors, locations, or quantity
- See your per-piece cost and order total in one panel
- Save a quote and come back to it later
- Request the quote with one click when you're ready
- View quote status and history anytime
When a selection pushes the job outside standard ranges, the tool warns you right away so you can adjust before submitting.
Save It or Send It
Not ready to order? Hit Save Quote and come back whenever you want. Each saved quote gets its own number and date, so you can compare versions or reopen an old one.
Ready to move forward? Click Request This Quote and the full breakdown every location, color, ink choice, setup fee, and note goes straight to our sales team. You get confirmation in the dashboard, and we handle the rest.
